RIVER BODY IDENTIFIED

  • Authorities identify the man found dead in an Oklahoma river.  Authorities say on Saturday a fisherman spotted the body of 34-year old Dakota Sky Damrill of Miami in the Neosho river.  Authorities say there were no apparent signs of trauma but his body has been turned over to the Oklahoma State medical examiner for an autopsy.

BICYCLISTS KILLED

  • Authorities say two tourists from Germany were killed while riding their bikes in Southeast Kansas.  The Kansas Highway Patrol say the two bicyclists were traveling on Highway 66, between Galena and Riverton.  They crashed with a mini van late Tuesday morning.  Investigations are ongoing.

DONE WITH IRAN DEAL

  • Yesterday, the President pulled the U.S. out of the Iran Nuclear Deal, and re-imposed crippling sanctions against the country.  Former President Obama, whose administration helped broker the 2015 agreement, called the withdrawal "a serious mistake."  Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says Tehran may restart its nuclear program.

STATE PRIMARIES

  • State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has defeated Don Blankenship...in West Virginia's Republican Senate primary.  Donald Trump Junior took to twitter last night to congratulate Morrisey, hours after President Trump urged voters not to support Blankenship, an ex-con.  Other key primaries also took place in Ohio, Indiana and North Carolina.
