He will based in the RBH’s London head office and will be leading the commercial strategy across the independent hotel management company’s growing portfolio. It currently stands at more than 70 properties.
Ian has served the travel industry for around 30 years working with some of the sector’s biggest brands like the British Airways, Hilton Hotels and Guoman Thistle.
In his new role he will be overseeing the sales, revenue management and hotel marketing functions within the wider commercial team.
Ian stated that he has extensive experience within the wider travel industry and wanted to bring that to his new role within the RBH. The hotel sector is constantly evolving and he was looking forward to maximize the owner returns.
Helder Pereira, RBH’s Chief Executive Officer mentioned that the Ian’s experience speaks for itself and he was delighted to have him on board. He will be key addition to their strong, experienced executive committee.
Their business is continuously growing and the company wants to be the Europe’s leading independent hotel management company.
