Upper Arlington police arrested a man last weekend after he allegedly exposed himself to two teenage girls at a frozen yogurt shop.
Robert W. Cost, 58, of Troy was arrested May 5 and charged with public indecency, a first-degree misdemeanor.
According to police, Cost was at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, 3130 Kingsdale Center, at 9:30 p.m. when he allegedly exposed his genitalia to two girls seated at an adjacent table inside the establishment.
Police said the girls were 16 and 17 years old and that the suspect left the store after police were called.
The girls were able to describe the man, his clothing and his direction of travel after he left the store. Responding officers then found Cost a short distance away and detained him after it was determined he fit the description provided by the girls.
Both identified Cost after he was apprehended, police reports said.
Police said no physical contact or harm was reported by the girls but asked that anyone with additional information about the incident to call the department at 614-583-5160.
