Turnover on NSE's F&O segment rises

Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's & options (F&O) segment increased to Rs 6.50 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 5.49 lakh crore registered in the previous session.

In the cash market, the index rose 23.90 points or 0.22% to settle at 10741.70.

Arvind, Jubilant Foodworks, Tata Motors, and were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. ArvindMay 2018 futures traded at 440.50, at a premium over spot closing price of 438.35. May 2018 futures traded at 2560, at a premium over spot closing price of 2548.95.

May 2018 futures traded at 343.10, at a premium over spot closing price of 341.45. May 2018 futures traded at 979.95, at a premium over spot closing price of 976.20. May 2018 futures traded at 238.90, at a premium over spot closing price of 238.35.

The May 2018 F&O contracts expire on 31 May 2018.
