Traditional Ramadan Buffet at Bleu Restaurant
With panoramic views on the Atlantic, discover this year’s decadent Iftar buffet at Bleu. This year’s highlights prepared by Executive Chef Guillaume Blanchard and his team include traditional Moroccan items as well as international favourites such as Lebanese mezzes.
Guests will also be able to enjoy live cooking stations, an hors d’oeuvre counter, tagines, a carving station and a juice station as well as an array of Executive Pastry Chef Thierry Metee’s signature desserts including a selection of Moroccan pastries.
Iftar menu is available daily from sunset until 9:00 pm

Guests looking for a lighter Iftar option are in for a treat with this year’s new healthy Iftar option available at Mint lobby lounge. The set menu features an assortment of dried fruits, fresh-pressed juice, Asian soup, a three-tiered tray stand featuring savoury items such as quinoa salad and baba ghanoush on a cereal tart seasoned with chia seeds as well as a selection of sweet items. End this healthy Iftar with a choice of vegetarian lasagna or steamed fish.
Mint lobby is the perfect place to enjoy the healthy Iftar, with its intricate Moroccan design details created by local craftsmen and live traditional music playing in the background.
