The Belgium international has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent months.
Hazard, 27, was tipped to join Real Madrid last summer, with the Spanish giants keen to land a new Galactico.
However, the winger broke his ankle while on international duty, ending any hope of a deal.
And Hazard, who is under contract until 2020, says he sees his future in west London, even if Chelsea fail to qualify for the Champions League next season.
“I hope [the fans] don’t want to see me leave,” Hazard told SFR Sport.
“I’m doing good things here. I’m happy here.
I love my teammates, my family are good here
“Things can move, or they may not move. We’ll see.
“The public adore me, I love my teammates, my family are good here.”
The Blues will most likely miss out on the top four this season.

Antonio Conte’s men currently trail Tottenham by two points with two Premier League games remaining.
On Chelsea being likely to miss out on Champions League football for next season, Hazard added: “Of course I want to play in the Champions League, but it isn’t a priority.”
Hazard and Chelsea are back in action tomorrow night when the Blues host Huddersfield in the Premier League (7:45pm kick-off).
