Enrollment opens today for a new continuing education program at Ashworth College. The online Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance program is designed for working healthcare professionals who hold a bachelor-level degree and wish to further their educations through a cost-effective, flexible, and self-paced college program.
The single-semester, online graduate certificate includes five courses which broaden understanding of healthcare ethics and develop expertise in healthcare compliance history; laws and regulations; compliance program guidance for hospitals, practices, labs, and third-party billing companies; risk areas; fraud and abuse; investigations and audits; continuing education; and training. Upon completion of their courses, Healthcare Compliance program graduates will be prepared to sit for the AAPC Certified Professional Compliance Officer - CPCO™ exam.
