Siraha, May 7
A youth was shot dead at Budhiyacha of Arnama Rural Municiplaity, Siraha last night.
The deceased has been identified as Dharmendra Singh, 22. Singh was shot in the chest and he died while being rushed to the hospital for treatment, police said.
The body has been kept at Lahan-based Ram Kumar Sharada Uma Prasad Murarak Memorial Hospital for post-mortem.
A group of three unidentified people riding on a motorbike had opened fire on Singh while he was drinking Redbull at a grocery shop belonging to Dinesh Mahato, said eye witnesses.
