French proptech Pinql seen as a beacon of light in industry

A group of friends sat down one night to begin work on a mobile app to help owners and tenants meet. This was the start of Pinql, a new French proptech that promises to help all of its users.

These are the simplest ideas that are the foundation of success stories. On the one hand, there are three friends - Andrea, David, Ryan - who aspire to rejuvenate the rental industry. On the other, there is a context in the form of an alarm signal: 15 million people are suffering from the housing crisis in France. It is in speaking of their respective galleys that the three friends had the illumination: and if the technology gave a boost to the rental market? From this came the Pinql app, as a matter of course.

More than a story of start-ups, it's a matter of friendship. Andrea, David, and Ryan used the kindergarten benches together, made the 400 moves, and grew up in an increasingly connected world. Thanks to technological tropism, all three have taken the paths of innovation: Andréa Bensaid in the direction of digital marketing and SEO, David Oussadon on the communication side, Ryan Woo by launching a start-up specializing in real estate ... in China. Taste-marked for the exotic, or manifest of a generation that knows no borders? The fact is that the planet is decidedly too small for the "Y's", used to seeing it as a gigantic playground.
