Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash today chaired a high-level meeting following the Indian Meteorological Department's warning about isolated thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds today. After the meeting, it was decided that government, government aided and recognized unaided schools running in Evening or 2nd shift will remain closed today as a precautionary measure. Other schools are also advised not to hold out door activities and extracurricular activities.

The meeting was attended by the senior officers of Ministry of Home Affairs, IMD, National Disaster Management Authority, Health Department, Delhi Police and all Commissioners of Local Bodies. In any case of emergency, the citizens can call on a toll-free number 1077 of Delhi Disaster Management Authority.
