U.S. equity markets trimmed losses but were still trading slightly lower on Tuesday after President Donald Trump announced that the U.S. would withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal and reimpose sanctions. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was off 19 points, or 0.1%, at 24,342. The S&P 500 index declined 4 points, or 0.2% to 2,668. Meanwhile the Nasdaq Composite was down 6 points, or 0.1% to 7,258. Oil futures, which were sharply lower, trimmed losses to trade 1.6% lower at $69.62 a barrel.
