MINERAL CITY – Steinecks’s Bakery located at 8774 West High in Mineral City has been closed since Jan. 21. Plans are to reopen by the end of May or first part of June. Mary Steineck owner, is recovering from surgery.
Lauri Tessanne, an employee, said while the bakery is closed employees have been painting and cleaning the bakery. There are eight employees.
The bakery will be open 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
