President Donald Trump told President Emmanuel Macron of France on Tuesday he plans to announce that the U.S. will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal, the New York Times reported. The Times report said the U.S. is preparing to reinstate all sanctions it had waived as part of the nuclear accord, and impose extra economic penalties. Earlier, CNN reported Trump was expected to announce he'd allow sanctions as a "first step" toward withdrawing.
