All India Radio today organized a workshop in New Delhi on creating awareness about cleanliness. Founder of Sulabh International, Bindeshwar Pathak was the chief guest of the event, which focused on changing the mindset of people regarding cleanliness and bringing about sensitivity.
Mr Pathak said, 95 percent of the people in the country are ready to change their habit to make the country Open Defecation Free. Mr Pathak said, Radio is the best medium for spreading awareness on Swachhata. He said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accorded high priority to cleanliness and sanitation.
