Max Group secures two wins at ASQ World Conference

The announced on Tuesday that two of its group companies, and Max Healthcare, have won the gold and bronze awards respectively, at the World Conference for and Improvement 2018, organised by the American Society for (ASQ) on May 3 in Seattle, USA.

This is the first time in the awards' history that two companies from the same group have emerged as winners of two of the three top awards.

Max Life has become the first Indian financial services company ever to win gold at the Conference and only the second Indian company ever to win this, after a gap of 12 years. is the first to win an award at this prestigious forum in the last decade. Max Life's won the gold trophy for its Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project titled "Reduction in New Discrepancy" that dramatically reduced new cancellations and policy contract-related grievances. The project significantly improved overall customer loyalty scores and delivered substantial cost savings.
