Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

A five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court to hear tommorow a petition moved by two Congress MPs challenging rejection of the impeachment notice against Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra by Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu.

The bench will be headed by Justice A K Sikri. The other members are Justices S A Bobde, N V Ramana, Arun Mishra and A K Goel. The setting up of the constitution bench was mentioned in tomorrow's list of business for the Supreme Court.
