A woman and her son were today found dead in a well in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan, police said.
The bodies of Poonam Rawat (28) and her five-year-old son Dayal Singh were tied together and recovered from a well yesterday. The woman was a widow, police said.
Her parents have alleged that they were murdered and the bodies thrown into the well by her in-laws and others.
The matter is being investigated, the police added.
