A Wisconsin man has set a new world record after consuming his 30,000th Big Mac. Donald Gorske has been eating at least two of the burgers every day since 1972, saving the wrappers, bags and receipts as proof of his devotion to the chain’s signature burger.
50 live crocodiles seized at Heathrow airport
Officials have impounded a shipment of 50 live saltwater crocodiles at Heathrow after they were discovered in cramped conditions on a flight from Malaysia. At least one of the reptiles died during the flight. They were being shipped to Cambridgeshire where they were to be bred for meat, authorities say.
Man arrested after drunkenly mowing lawn
An Indianapolis man has been arrested after he was caught driving a ride-on lawnmower while drunk. Police were called by a nearby resident who complained that 46-year-old Barry Ridge had driven onto their front yard and mowed the lawn while drinking a beer, before driving off down the street.
