Bonafide Wealth Management AG, Liechtenstein ("BWM"), is now manager of the holdings under the Six Sis AG nom accounts and surpassed a threshold for disclosure of large shareholdings. The total shareholding in Hofseth BioCare ASA under management by BWM is 57,191,621 shares, equal to 24.49 % of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in the company.
