Bathinda – As many as 13 school going children were admitted in Civil Hospital Bathinda on Monday with a complain of ill-health after they were administered the controversial MR injections. The children belonged to different government schools located in the city. According to information, six students were discharged after few hours but seven were under observation at the hospital, till filing of the news report in the evening. The doctors at paediatric department of the Civil Hospital said the students had come with the complaints of nausea and fever.“The parents got panicked otherwise there was nothing medically serious about it as these after-effects are not very uncommon after the administration of this vaccine, ” Dr Satish Goyal, told media persons. Notably, one child has already died two days back under mysterious circumstances, whose body was cremated with out conducting the postmortem. The five-year-old female student of KG class Gurnoor of Jangi Rana village had died a day after the admin of the controversial MR injection.
