₹2.98 cr. seized from bus

Tumakuru Tumakuru police seized Rs. 2.98 crore at Kyatsandra toll gate from a private bus going from Bengaluru to Shivamogga on Monday.

Superintendent of Police Divya Gopinath said that based on specific information to the police control room, police seized the amount from the vehicle belonging to Gajanana Travels around 1.30 a.m. The amount was kept in a box.

A case has been registered in Kyatsandra police station.
