Nic Naitanui offered one match suspension for dangerous tackle
West Coast Eagles ruckman Nic Naitanui has been offered a one-match suspension for rough conduct.
Match review officer Michael Christian found that Naitanui engaged in rough conduct against Port Adelaide's Karl Amon in the last quarter of the Eagles' win over the Power.
Naitanui tackled Amon from behind and vision shows his weight driving his opponent's head toward the ground.
The star big man has also been offered a $1000 sanction for attempting to trip Jasper Pittard.
There was also a long list of fines handed out by Christian.
Port Adelaide's Dougal Howard (rough conduct), Carlton's Dale Thomas (rough conduct), St Kilda's Jack Steele (striking) and Brisbane's Alex Witherden have all been offered $2000 fines.
North Melbourne's Shaun Higgins (misconduct), Sydney's Jarrad McVeigh (misconduct), Richmond's Nick Vlastuin (misconduct) and Melbourne's Nathan Jones (misconduct) were all offered $1500 sanctions while a $1000 fine can be accepted by St Kilda's David Armitage for making contact with an umpire.
Jesse Hogan was not penalised for an incident against the Saints that drew attention, when he went down dramatically in the goalsquare after being bumped by Jake Carlisle. Hogan was awarded a free kick at the time.
