Ravinder Singh demystifies love and break-up for his fans

Youngsters thronged the city’s popular book store, Pages at Rednam Gardens on Sunday evening to interact with one of the bestselling writers of the recent times Ravinder Singh, the author who is known for his romantic stories such as ‘I Too Had a Love Story’, and ‘Can Love Happen Twice?’.

He was in the city to for the promotion of his latest book titled ‘Will You Still Love Me’.

The fun-filled interactive session with the author saw many questions on love and break-up from the young crowd that gathered at the store.

The 36-year-old writer answered all the questions with wit and humour and advised the youth on life issues.

Of life and goals

“Have a goal and make it your sole mission in life. That is the best way to get over a break-up. I took to writing to overcome the loss of my first love,” he replied when asked about how he got into writing. Singh’s first book ‘I too had a love story’ is based on a real-life incident of him meeting a girl and his love life. He did his MBA from Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and worked as a senior programme manager at the Microsoft before he decided to become a full-time author.

Singh finished the Q&A session that lasted for an hour and also signed all the books for his fans. Before that, he took a selfie of himself with his fans waving their copies of the book. Later, interacting with the media, he said that it was not his visit to Vizag. “I have been to this beautiful city several times before as a student and loved it here,” he said.
