21 IAS officers transferred in major reshuffle

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the government on Sunday transferred 21 IAS officers.

K. Praveen Kumar, Commissioner and ex-officio Principal Secretary (minorities welfare) is transferred as Principal Secretary (general administration). K. Ramgopal is posted as Secretary (minorities welfare). Peeyush Kumar, who is repatriated from Central deputation, is posted as Secretary (finance).

G.S.R.K.R. Vijaya Kumar, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director (VC&MD) of the A.P. Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation, is posted as Secretary to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA). Vivek Yadav will succeed him. K. Harshavardhan, Director of the Backward Classes Welfare and VC&MD of the A.P. Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd. is transferred as Deputy Secretary (education). B. Rama Rao, Joint Secretary to the CCLA, will succeed him.

M. Hari Jawaharlal, Special Commissioner of agriculture, is transferred as Collector and district Magistrate of Vizianagaram.

D. Muralidhar Reddy, MD of the Swachh Andhra Corporation, will succeed him. T. Baburao Naidu, Collector of Kadapa district, is transferred as Managing Director (MD) of the Girijan Cooperative Corporation (GCC). He is given full additional charge as the MD of Corporation until further orders.

Ch. Hari Kiran, Commissioner of the Tirupati Municipal Corporation and VC&MD of the Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA), is posted as the Collector of YSR Kadapa district.

V. Vijay Rama Raju, Commissioner of the Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation, will succeed him.

P. Koteswara Rao, Joint Collector of West Godavari district, is posted as Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).

T.K. Rama Mani, Joint Collector of Anantapur district, is posted as Secretary to the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes. C. Naga Rani is posted as Joint Collector of YSR Kadapa.

M. Venkateswarlu is posted as the MD of the A.P. Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited. M. Venugopal Reddy, Deputy Secretary (energy, infrastructure & investment), is posted as Joint Collector of West Godavari district. K. Venkata Ramana Reddy, Assistant Secretary to CCLA, is posted as Joint Collector of Vizianagaram district. N. Prabhakara Reddy, DRO of Prakasam district, is transferred as Joint Secretary in the office of the CCLA. S. Dilli Rao, Vice-Chairman of the Nellore Urban Development Authority (NUDA), is posted as Joint Collector of Anantapur district.

Sumit Kumar, Sub-Collector of Narsapur, is transferred as the Commissioner of the Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation. Provincial Civil Services officer A.S.P.S. Ravi Prakash is directed to report to the government for further posting.
