Afghan journalist attacked in Kabul

An Afghan freelance was attacked by unidentified miscreants and sustained wounds here on Sunday.

The journalist, was quoted by TOLO news as saying that he was attacked by the assailants when he came out of the house in Kabul's PD5 in Afshar area and was going somewhere for work.

The added that a bullet whizzed past his head and he suffered a as a result.

The miscreants fled after the attack.

On a related note, two suicide bombers killed almost 30 people in the double bombing in Shash Darak area of city. Nine journalists were also killed in the incident, who were covering the first attack at that time.
