Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The Supreme Court is likely to hear the Kathua gangrape and murder case today. A bench, headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, had stayed the trial in the case till today.

The court will hear the plea of the victim's father for shifting the trial to Chandigarh. The victim's father had moved the apex court, apprehending threat to the family, a friend and their lawyer.

The court will also hear the plea of the accused seeking handing over the probe of the case to CBI.
