'The Biggest Mistake in Royal Wedding History' – Says Meghan Markle's Brother

The upcoming nuptials between the UK’s Prince Harry and Suits actress Meghan Markle is set to be one of the highlights of the British summer – just weeks after the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s third child, Louis, Harry and Meghan will marry in Windsor among a select crowd of people – it’s set to be a positive news story for the British press after a fairly rampant few years involving Brexit, alleged Russian poisoning, Prime Minister Theresa May losing her national majority and more besides – and while many people are excited about the upcoming ceremony, one family member from the bride’s side really isn’t too pleased at all.

Thomas Markle Jr, Meghan’s older half-brother, has in fact warned Prince Harry to avoid marrying his half-sister at all costs. “It’s not too late,” he warns – advising that his sibling is ‘shallow’, ‘conceited’ and jaded’ – and that she will ‘make a joke’ of the Prince ‘and the royal family heritage’. Mr Markle Jr’s opinions on the upcoming wedding arrive via letter, which has been published via In Touch Magazine – in which the future brother-in-law of Prince Harry advises that the move will be ‘the biggest mistake in royal wedding history’.

Markle Jr’s claims arrive alongside allegations that their father indebted himself to get his daughter into acting and that he hasn’t even been invited to the nuptials. “Meghan’s attempt to act the part of a princess like a below C-average Hollywood actress is getting old,” he writes. “Not to mention, to top it all off, she doesn’t invite her own family and instead invites complete strangers to the wedding. Who does that? You and the royal family should put an end to this fake fairytale wedding before it’s too late.”

It’s thought that Meghan Markle has been estranged from her father’s side of the family for considerable years – and Thomas Markle Jr has continued to advise certain media outlets – via open letter and direct interview alike – that he feels his half-sister is portraying herself as a false humanitarian. “She’s clearly forgotten her roots,” Markle Jr claims in interview with the Daily Mirror. “It’s torn my entire family apart. Meg likes to portray herself as a humanitarian, a people’s person and a charitable person but she is none of those things to her family.” Markle Jr is no stranger to the news himself, having previously been arrested for drunkenly fighting with his fiancée on two separate occasions.

Many are hoping that the only hitch that goes off at the forthcoming wedding is the important one – that binds Harry and Meghan in marriage!
