Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

In Assam, 97.3-meter tall national flag, the tallest in the country - will be installed in Guwahati under Smart City Mission.

Participating in radio talk show last night, Ankur Das, Team Leader of the mission - said that this work is being commissioned by the Industries and Commerce department in association with Smart City Mission.

He said, smart bio-toilets are being set up at 30 places in Guwahati under Smart City Mission.

Mr. Das also said that Water ATMs are being installed in Guwahati city to provide drinking water at affordable rate.

He said that urban water bodies that are located in Guwahati city, will also be developed.
