All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The Supreme Court is likely to hear Kathua gangrape and murder case tomorrow along with the petitions seeking shifting of the trial to Chandigarh and handing over investigation to the CBI.

A bench headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra had stayed the trial in the case till tomorrow. The court will hear the plea of the victim's father for shifting the trial to Chandigarh and the plea of the accused seeking handing over the probe to CBI. The victim's father had moved the apex court earlier, apprehending threat to the family, a friend and their lawyer.

An eight-year-old girl had disappeared from her home in a village near Kathua in Jammu region on January 10. The girl was gangraped and killed in the same area a week later.
