The Central Bureau Of Investigation, CBI has registered an FIR against unknown public servants of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission UPPSC, Allahabad and unknown private persons on the allegations of irregularities committed in the selection process of Upper Subordinate Examination 2015.
The FIR has been lodged at CBI Headquarter at New Delhi under different criminal Acts of IPC. Our correspondent reports that the CBI earlier had registered a Preliminary Enquiry on November 11 last year on the allegations that unknown persons and unknown officials of UPPSC have committed irregularities in the examination during 2012 to 2017.
In its FIR, CBI deputy SP Satendra Singh has said that during preliminary probe it has been revealed that in the name of moderation and scaling, irregularities have been committed.
FIR said that orders of High Court has also been violated and criminal conspiracy was made to qualify the unqualified examinees and call them for interview.
Similarly changing of answer booklets, examination not being cancelled despite questions being leaked, violation of rules relating to reservation, more marks are given to candidate of a particular region and caste have also been revealed in preliminary Enquiry. CBI has undertaken the probe against UPPSC on the direction of the Allahabad High Court.
