Heat weather advisory issued for several provinces

The Department of Meteorology has issued a Heat Weather Advisory for the Northern, Eastern, North-central and Uva provinces.

The advisory states that caution level is expected in Northern, Eastern, North-central and Uva provinces and in some parts of Matale district tomorrow (May 7).

The caution level states that fatigue is possible with prolonged exposure and activity while continuing activity could result in heat cramps.
