The SP in a Press Conference on Friday said a section of media blew up a case of alleged rape of a minor girl by her own relative at village Bhusi which the SP said with conviction “was no rape at all as the minor girl has given her statement to this effect that she has not been raped at all.”

Quoting further the statement of this minor girl SP told mediapersons that there was an attempt to touch her inappropriately but her modesty was not outraged at all.

SP said in the press conference people who have carried this episode stating rape and even mentioning the name of the minor girl which is in utter contravention of the POCSO Act will be served notices by the police to explain as to why not criminal proceeding be initiated against them for such a fake news.

In the press conference SP presented two other arrested persons identified as Rakesh Rajwar and Santosh Rajwar as these two had knifed Rahul Rajwar to death on April 29 at village Devdar under Untari Road police station.

These two had killed Rahul as he had married a woman whom Rakesh Rajwar used to love and had desired to marry.

The woman was married to Rahul in 2016 and since then this Rakesh was waiting to avenge his failure in love.
