The Flood Warning continues for
The Clear Boggy Creek near Caney.

* until Sunday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 6:30 PM Friday the stage was 26.3 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Clear Boggy Creek will continue rising and crest
near 27.5 feet mid Saturday morning. The Clear Boggy Creek will
fall below flood stage late Sunday morning.

* Impact...At 28.0 feet...Creek levels rise to about 2 feet higher
than flood stage in western Atoka County and extreme northeastern
Bryan County. High stages on small feeder streams could result in
even greater depths to mainstem bottomlands near their points of
entry into Clear Boggy Creek. Croplands...pastures...and some
secondary rural roads are affected.

The Flood Warning continues for
The Illinois River near Tahlequah.
* until Saturday afternoon, or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:30 PM Friday, the stage was 12.93 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Illinois River near Tahlequah will continue rising
to near 14.0 feet Saturday before dawn. The river is expected to
fall below flood stage late Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs from Hanging Rock
downstream towards Tahlequah. Access roads east of the Combs Bridge
near Eagles Bluff will be impassable. Extreme turbulence makes the
river too hazardous for floating.
