The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal has formally announced the dates of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Nepal, which is on May 11 and 12.
It comes a day after it was formally announced by the External Affairs Ministry in a press briefing on Thursday.
'At the invitation of The Rt. Hon'ble K. P. Sharma Oli, Prime Minister of Nepal, His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, is paying a State Visit to Nepal on 11 and 12 May 2018. The Prime Minister of India will be accorded a ceremonial welcome at Tundikhel in Kathmandu on 11 May 2018. The visiting dignitary will also inspect the guard of honour,' the release from the ministry states.
