Broadmoor School hosting Provider Fair

Lake County families, guardians and individuals with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to meet with local providers and gather more information about what options are available to them.

Approximately 20 providers will have tables set up from 5-8 p.m., May 15, at the Provider Fair at Broadmoor School, 8090 Broadmoor Road in Mentor.

Attendees can talk directly with providers of all waiver services, including residential, adult day services, transportation, and ancillary services such as specialized medical equipment. Also, a number of breakout sessions will be conducted so that attendees can learn more about mental illness/development disabilities coordination and trauma informed care, remote monitoring, as well as transitions and employment navigation.
