Oil ends at highest since late 2014, up over 2% for the week

Oil futures settled on Friday at their highest level since late 2014, with worries over the possibility of tighter global crude supplies fed by concerns over Venezuelan production and a looming decision on Iran sanctions. June West Texas Intermediate crude rose $1.29, or 1.9%, to settle at $69.72 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices climbed roughly 2.4% for the week.
