A team comprising Himachal Pradesh and Delhi Police personnel has arrested Vijay Kumar, who shot dead Assistant Town Planner Shail Bala Sharma.

Police said, he was nabbed from the Mathura-Vrindavan area, where he was hiding in disguise.

Vijay shot at Shail Bala Sharma who reached for action on the construction of illegal hotels in Kasauli following orders by the Supreme Court.
