Man Utd transfer news: Neymar in while Martial or Rashford out to PSG?

Neymar is scheduled to report back to Paris Saint-Germain today after recovering from injury - but might the Brazilian soon be on his way to Manchester United?

The Daily Express certainly thinks so, claiming that the former Barcelona marksman “is reportedly willing to accept a move to Manchester United this summer”.

Describing his time in the French capital as a “nightmare”, the newspaper says that Real Madrid and the Red Devils are battling to find an escape route for Neymar - and that the English club have their noses out in front.

“Underwhelmed” by the quality of football in France’s top flight since arriving in August, the South American sorcerer is desperate for a new start. Although he quite fancies the idea of returning to La Liga, claims Spanish website Don Balon, Neymar is “ready to accept a move to United if it means getting out of the Parc des Princes”, and is keen to play under Jose Mourinho.

There is speculation in Spain that United might be willing to offer PSG either Anthony Martial or Marcus Rashford, plus a stack of cash, in return for Neymar.

Just two days ago, former Brazil striker Ronaldo said that while a move to Real Madrid was a possibility for Neymar in the future, any bid this summer would be “impossible”.
