Hysea(Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) today said its newly elected committee would increase efforts to assist IT SMEs accelerate their growth.
This would be done by organising workshops/events on new business opportunities in emerging technologies and new geographies, by exploring funding options to meet 'capex and opex' needs, Hysea president Murali Bollu said.
Bollu said it would also be done by promoting innovations in sales and marketing of their services and products.
"We would also like to expand our competency development programs for employees of the member companies in leadership and technical skills. Further, we plan to start a 'Biz Series' aimed at improving business and operational competencies," he said.
Murali also said Hysea would create a new infrastructure forum to address the strategic needs of the industry focused on transportation, green energy and water management.
An association release said that Hysea members also unanimously elected a new Managing Committee for the term.
It said that Murali, who took over as association president for the 2018-20 period, has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including 13 years in the U.S.A.
Murali took over from Ranga Pothula.
