Infabode, a real estate information portal, has been invested in by Coyote, a software firm from the UK.

Coyote is one of a series of recent investors in Infabode, which is raising funds via the Seedrs crowdfunding platform until 7 May.

Infabode works with a network of content partners to provide a “one-stop shop” for real estate industry research and insights. Under the new deal, Coyote customers will have direct access to more than 350,000 pages of Infabode content, including relevant market analysis and research.

The collaboration with Infabode closely follows the partnership Coyote announced with leading real estate search engine Realla, with both companies integrating their platforms in order to improve the service to their agent and asset management customers. Coyote was originally developed and devised as the in-house software for M7 Real Estate and its clients.

Oli Farago, chief executive and chief technology officer at Coyote, said: “This investment and collaboration with Infabode represents the latest milestone in our strategy of forming strategic partnerships with like-minded, best-in-class companies to enhance our platform and provide a more comprehensive service to our clients. The partnership is another example of our commitment to equipping our customers with the best tools to help them make better, faster and more informed decisions.”
