"Awarding of fake B.Ed degrees has become a huge racket in A large number of colleges exist, most of them enjoying patronage of politicians.

"There is hardly a of note who is not associated with one of such institutions, which admit students for the course without having the requisite authorisation. These institutions run their business without ever having sought the permission from me or Nitish Kumar," Malik said.
