JUPITER — Riley Mahan hit a walk-off single in the 11th inning as the Jupiter Hammerheads beat the Daytona Tortugas 3-2 on Wednesday.
Carlos Rivero had a two-run double for the Tortugas.
Daytona's Ty Boyles gave up three hits and struck out four in six shutout innings in a no-decision. Ryan Hendrix (1-1) took the loss.
The two teams complete the series at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
