Pfabe’s Music holding open house for students considering band, orchestra

Pfabe’s Music, a full-service music store serving Lake and Geauga counties, is holding an open house from 11 am to 3 p.m., May 12.

All students who are considering band or orchestra in school are invited to the event to try beginning band instruments — flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone and percussion — and beginning orchestra instruments – violin, viola and cello.

Instructors will be on-hand to assist students in playing notes on instruments, according to a news release. Staff members can guide students and their parents in selecting an instrument and provide insights.

The event is free.
