ROBIN HOOD movie trailer has landed starring Taron Egerton and Jamie Foxx.
Eight years after Russell Crowe’s take at the classic folk tale, it’s the Kingsman’s turn now.
Joined by Foxx as Little John, Jamie Dornan’s Will Scarlet and Tim Minchin’s Friar Tuck, Robin Hood and his band of merry men will take on Ben Mendelssohn’s Sheriff of Nottingham.

The producer said: “It’s actually very different. Much more grounded, a little bit more serious than this [King Arthur].
“[It’s] about a man coming back from war and seeing what’s happened to his country.
“[He’ll] realise that what he was fighting for was actually very different.”
And now the official synopsis has finally been revealed.

The official synopsis reads: "Robin of Loxley (Taron Egerton) a war-hardened Crusader and his Moorish commander (Jamie Foxx) mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown in a thrilling action-adventure packed with gritty battlefield exploits, mind-blowing fight choreography, and a timeless romance."
Sounds like the classic tale we all know and love, but the trailer shows a more modern spin on it, much like Guy Richie's King Arthur: Legend of the Sword last year.
Robin Hood will be released in UK cinemas on November 21, 2018.
