Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The Election Commission has issued notification for By-polls to the Jokihat assembly constituency. Polling on this seat will be held on 28th of this month. Candidates can file their nomination till May 10. Scrutiny will be done on the next day.

Candidates could withdraw their nomination papers till May 14. Countings of votes will be on May 31. By-polls was necessitated following becoming MP of Sarfaraz Alam from Araria seat. Mr Alam was representing Jokihat Assembly seat.
