UP advocates join Rashtriya Kishan Manch to provide free legal aid to farmers

With an aim to provide free legal assistance to farmers in the state, nearly a dozen advocates, under Ashish Kumar Tripathi, today joined the Rashtriya Kisan -- an organisation working for the welfare of the farmers.

Welcoming them, Rashtriya Kisan said the move by the advocates to render free legal help to farmers was "praiseworthy".

"This is certainly a welcome move, which will go a long way in enabling us help farmers in legal distress," he said in a statement issued here by the

"As a result, they do not get justice. Now, the advocates, under the banner of the Rashtriya Kisan Manch, will help these famers get justice," Dixit said.
