Booking platform upgraded by Royal Caribbean Cruises

Agents can now book upto four staterooms one time on the platform without having to reserve them individually for the company’s brands Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara.

There will also be secured prices and inventory allowing the clients to book flights, hotels and transfers which will be a part of the package.

It will get easier for the families to book staterooms by giving them only one invoice for all the guests rather than by each stateroom so as to avail an overall package price with another addition.

In November 2017 AirWaves was launched after testing with the UK agents an d currently being used by 6,500 agents in UK and Ireland.

Amanda Darrington, sales director, Royal Caribbean UK & Ireland, its success is revealed by the level of adoption seen post its roll-out and usage, which was 30% more than its predecessor, Espresso.
