Late Paramount CEO accused of rape in $100 mn lawsuit

A man, named Rovier Carrington, who claims to be the great-grandson of 'Three Stooges' Moe Howard, has accused the late Pictures chief of raping him and threatening to ruin his budding career in showbiz. He has demanded 100 million dollars in damages.

In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in New York State Supreme Court, lawyers of Carrington said he was 'blacklisted' from working with Paramount's parent company after he refused to sign a nondisclosure agreement following the alleged assault by Grey, reports The

Besides Grey, the 32-page suit also accused and former of sexually assaulting Carrington.

"We take allegations of this sort seriously, and are reviewing the complaint," Viacom said in a statement.

Grey, a longtime before taking the reins of in 2005, ran the studio until he was ousted in February 2017. He died three months later of cancer at the age of 59.
