Durfee 5, Brockton 0: At Durfee High School, the Hilltoppers (5-2, 2-0 league) dropped just two games in this Big 3 Conference win.

Roger DeSouza (6-0, 6-0), Cris Hutchins (6-0, 6-0) and Dick Cabral (6-0, 6-0) took care of business in singles.

The doubles teams of Tom Panchley/Luke Cabral (6-0, 6-1) and Baron Snizek/Ryan Mauricio (6-1, 6-0) also won in short order.

Case 3, Bourne 2: At Bourne, Tyler Abdallah (7-6 [5], 6-1 at third singles) and the doubles teams of Will Kenyon/Mac Deschenes (6-4, 7-5) and Ben Silveria/Dhiran Ollerhead (6-1, 6-1) gave the Cardinals (4-1) this South Coast Conference win.

Tiverton 7, North Smithfield 0: At North Smithfield, R.I.,  Zeke Pacheco (6-1, 6-7, 7-3), Dylan Clark (6-3, 6-0), Josh Dore (61-, 6-2) and Matt Gacioch (6-1, 6-4) gave the Tigers (6-0) the singles sweep in this Rhode Island Division III match.

In doubles, the teams of Will Brigham/Carson Hart (6-0, 6-0), Devin Guerrera/Ryan Ennis (6-0, 6-2) and Jake Vaillancourt/Danny Lopes (6-1, 6-3) completed the shutout.

Westport 3, Coyle and Cassidy 2: At the Lakeville Athletic Club, Evan Kidd (7-5, 6-2) and the first doubles team of Smith Patel and Mikyle Couto (6-3, 6-2) were winners for the Wildcats (2-3).

Westport won third singles by default.

Somerset Berkley 5, Fairhaven 0: At Somerset, Chase Franco (6-2, 6-2), Danny Botelho (6-0, 6-0) and Troy Mattos (6-3, 6-4) gave the Raiders (6-3, 4-3 league) the singles sweep in this South Coast Conference match.

The doubles teams of Devin Barros/Sam Arruda (7-6 [4], 6-2) and Austin Macek/Adam Morhy (8-6, 6-7 [4], 10-8) completed the sweep.

 

GIRLS

Westport 5, Coyle and Cassidy 0: At Westport, Annie MacMaster won 7-6, (7-3) 6-2 at first singles.

In second singles, Amber Valcourt took the match 6-2, 6-2, and in third singles, Anna Camissa prevailed 6-2, 1-6, 6-3.

In first doubles, Emily McMahon and Gabby Machairas cruised to victory, 6-0, 6-0. In second doubles, Brianna Quinlan and Sam McCarthy breezed 6-1, 6-0.

Brockton 3, Durfee 2: At Brockton, Adriana Fernandes (6-0, 6-1 at No. 3) and the second doubles team of Catarina Pereira and Kyndra Carneiro (6-3, 4-6, 6-4) gave the Hilltoppers (3-4, 1-1 league) their points in this Big 3 Conference loss.

Durfee's first doubles team of Amaya Travassos and Allison Holding lost 6-1, 4-6, 6-3.

Fairhaven 3, Somerset Berkley 2: At Fairhaven, the Raiders' winners in this South Coast Conference loss were Jordan Ramos (7-5, 1-6, 14-12) at No. 1 and Bianca Androni (6-2, 6-1) at No. 3.
