Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Noted detective novelist Kottayam Pushpanath, who expanded the world of horror fiction in Malayalam literature, died in Kottayam today. He was 80. He died due to age related ailments.

Pushpanath wrote over 100 detective and horror novels in Malayalam, some of them were adopted for films. Many of his works were translated into various languages including Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
